Air conditioning servicing

Wall-mounted, cassette, ducted and VRF systems cleaned, checked and kept running efficiently. On most major makes, including systems we did not fit.

Looked after, not left until it fails

A system that is not maintained works harder, costs more to run and tends to break down in the first hot week of summer. Regular servicing keeps it efficient and catches small problems before they become breakdowns.

We service split, multi-split and VRF/VRV systems from the major manufacturers, including Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Fujitsu and Toshiba, whoever installed them.

Questions we get asked

How often should air conditioning be serviced?

Most manufacturers recommend at least once a year. Busy commercial systems and dusty environments often need two or more visits a year. Check your warranty terms, as many require proof of regular servicing.

Do you service systems you did not install?

Yes. We service most makes of air conditioning, whoever fitted them. Tell us the make and model when you get in touch.

Why does my air conditioning smell?

A musty smell usually comes from dirty filters, coils or a slow-draining condensate tray. A deep clean normally sorts it, and regular servicing stops it coming back.

Does servicing lower running costs?

Usually, yes. Clean filters and coils let the system move heat with less effort, so it uses less electricity to reach the same temperature.
