Heat pump servicing and repairs
Annual servicing, fault finding and repairs for air-to-water and air-to-air heat pumps, in homes and commercial buildings.

Running efficiently, year after year
A heat pump that is not maintained loses efficiency quietly. Blocked strainers, dirty coils, low water pressure and badly set controls all push running costs up long before anything breaks. A yearly service catches them.
Many manufacturers also require an annual service to keep the warranty valid. We service heat pumps whoever installed them, and keep the record for you.

Questions we get asked
How often should a heat pump be serviced?
Once a year for most systems. Check your warranty, as many manufacturers make an annual service a condition of cover.
My heat pump is running but the house is not warm. Why?
Common causes are controls set too low, low system pressure, a blocked strainer or an outdoor unit that cannot defrost properly. Note any fault code and call us.
Is ice on the outdoor unit normal?
A light frost in cold, damp weather is normal, and the unit clears it with a defrost cycle. Thick ice that keeps building up and does not clear points to a fault.
Do you service heat pumps you did not install?
Yes. We service and repair most makes of air-to-water and air-to-air heat pump.
