Who we are

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our website forms, we collect your name, company (if given), email address, phone number, the postcode of the property, the type of property, the service you need and the details you write in the message.

If you call or email us, we keep the details you give us in the same way.

Why we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit, prepare a quote where needed and, if you go ahead, carry out the work. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.

We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not sell or share them with anyone for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry is sent by email through our website host, Hostinger, and stored in our email system. These providers act on our instructions. We may share relevant details with manufacturers or suppliers only where needed for your job, for example to register a warranty.

How long we keep it

If you do not become a customer, we delete enquiry details after 24 months. Customer records are kept for as long as needed for warranties, F-Gas and other legal records, and our accounts.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, delete it or restrict how we use it, and object to us using it. Contact us using the details above. We will reply within one month.
