When you call, tell us the make, the model if you have it, and any fault code showing on the controller. It helps us turn up with the right parts.
If a system is old, runs on an obsolete refrigerant such as R22, or would cost more to fix than to replace, we will say so.

Questions we get asked
What should I check before calling?
Make sure the controller is in the right mode, the batteries are fine and the breaker has not tripped. Look at the filters, as blocked filters are a common cause of poor cooling. If it still does not work, note any fault code and call us.
Water is dripping from my indoor unit. Is that serious?
It usually means a blocked condensate drain or a failed pump. Switch the unit off to avoid damage and give us a call. It is normally a straightforward fix.
Do you repair all makes?
We work on most major brands of air conditioning and heat pump, whoever installed them. Tell us the make when you call and we will confirm.
