Cooling
Planned maintenance contracts
One schedule for your air conditioning, heat pumps, heating and ventilation. Visits planned in advance, F-Gas leak checks done on time and the records kept for you.

Your compliance, kept on schedule
If your building has air conditioning or heat pumps, the F-Gas Regulations require leak checks at set intervals and a record of every check, top-up and repair. We work out what applies to each system, book the visits and keep the paperwork, so it is ready when an auditor, insurer or landlord asks.
We start with a survey of what is on site, including systems installed by others, then agree a schedule and a price.

Questions we get asked
What are the F-Gas leak check rules?
It depends on how much refrigerant the system holds, measured in tonnes of CO2 equivalent. Under the current rules, systems from 5 tonnes need a leak check at least every 12 months, from 50 tonnes every 6 months, and from 500 tonnes every 3 months. Fixed leak detection can halve the frequency. We tell you which applies to your equipment.
What is planned preventative maintenance?
PPM means servicing equipment on a fixed schedule, before it fails, instead of waiting for a breakdown. It keeps systems efficient, extends their life and spreads the cost evenly through the year.
Can you take over from our current contractor?
Yes. We survey the systems, pick up the existing records where they are available and carry on from there, so there is no gap in your F-Gas history.
Do you maintain systems you did not install?
Yes. Most of what we maintain was fitted by someone else. We work on most makes of air conditioning, heat pump, heating and ventilation equipment.
