Questions we get asked
When should heating plant be serviced?
Late summer is ideal, before the heating goes on for the winter. It leaves time to fix anything we find without the building going cold.
Can you work while the building is in use?
Yes. We plan work so the building stays warm and usable, and we schedule anything disruptive for holidays or out of hours where possible.
Why insulate plant room pipework?
Bare heating pipework loses heat into the plant room before it reaches the building. Insulation cuts that wasted energy, keeps surface temperatures safe to touch and protects pipes from condensation.
Can you take over maintenance of our existing plant?
Yes. We survey the plant room, note the condition of each item and agree a maintenance schedule with you.
